Robbi Statham is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Originally from South Carolina, Robbi received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the College of Charleston. She and her family moved to Ringgold, GA in 2017. After working in marketing and advertising for many years, Robbi began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because of her desire to improve patients’ quality of life. Outside of saving hearing lives, Robbi enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling with her husband and two sons.
Misty West
Patient Care Coordinator
Misty West joined the team at our Jasper, TN. location in 2025 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Misty is a proud Sequatchie Valley native and appreciates the close-knit sense of community that comes with small-town living. She holds certifications in nursing care and medical assistance. Through her hands-on experience in these fields, Misty developed a deep appreciation for the vital role communication plays in patients’ well-being. She recognizes the profound impact of simply being able to hear, being heard, and engaging in daily conversations. Misty is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. She believes in treating others with the same kindness and respect she values herself, helping ensure that each patient feels comfortable and cared for. Outside of work she values her faith deeply and enjoys spending time with her family.
