Kevin Werkheiser, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kevin is originally from Freeport, Illinois and moved to Cleveland, Tennessee in 2004. He attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and started working at Audibel in 2018. Kevin began working in the hearing industry in 2017 and was drawn to this profession because of the opportunity to change people’s lives.
What Kevin loves most about helping save hearing lives is seeing the expression of the patient and their family when they are able to hear clearly again. Kevin takes the necessary time to listen to the concerns and focus his complete attention on resolving hearing needs in his everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Kevin loves fishing and playing games with his family.
Crystal Taylor, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Crystal Taylor joined Audibel Hearing Center in 2024 as a Patient Services Coordinator and is currently working in the Jasper TN office. She attended school at Florida State College. Crystal is originally from Jacksonville, FL and recently moved to the Chattanooga, TN area. She is very excited to be working in the hearing industry and was drawn to the profession because many of her loved ones have suffered from hearing loss. Crystal enjoys seeing the look on a persons face when their quality of hearing is improved.
When Crystal is not saving hearing lives, she can be found doing volunteer work and spending time with her son and husband. She is also a self-taught florist and loves anything having to do with plants.
